3mil retort/liquid-Pac film is the hottest market in packaging and is designed for producing retort/aseptic spouted pouches. Suitable for any liquid packaging requirement, stick packs or gourmet coffee bag application. High gloss 3mil multi-layer construction of heat-sealable FDA compliant food grade HDPE film, aluminum foil barrier layer with a white OPP outer layer. Film is mounted on a strippable liner that allows for trouble free transport and printing on any UV, Eco-solvent or Latex printer. Once printed it can be used in the flat as a proof or assembled into a functional package using conventional heat sealing equipment. For thicker constructions, add a layer of JetComp 8200 clear or 8201 matte pressure sensitive PET over-laminating film. For a thin Matte finish use Krylon 53530 Flat Arcylic Crystal Clear Sray.
